Reservations and Payment
Reservations must be confirmed with payment in advance.
We accept cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date with a full refund. After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Check-in e Check-out
Check-in: from 2pm.
Check-out: until 12pm.
Late check-out and early check-in may be requested subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Reservation changes may be made subject to availability and upon request at least 72 hours in advance.
Children's Policy
Free Policy: 01 (one) child up to 5 years old stays free of charge per day, provided they are accommodated in the same bed as their parents. Other children will be charged as adults and accommodated in extra beds.
Rules of Conduct
Pet Policy: We cannot guarantee the comfort of your pet, so please leave it at home.
The guesthouse is a family environment; please respect silence after 10pm.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
Responsibility and Safety
The guest house is not responsible for valuables left in common areas or rooms without proper security.
